Polypropylene Resin

Pioneer Kasen has developed the ‘lightest and highly heat-resistant PP resin rack (heat-resistant temperature of 120°C)’ with outstanding storage capacity.
(Design registration No. 1168469) The heat-resistant temperature is 120°C, and the load resistance is 12kg (PPE96).
It is highly impact resistant and less prone to bending, making it a very durable rack.
Additionally, it has a low water absorption rate, excellent heat resistance, and is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it ideal for hot air sterilization and disinfection storage (set temperature 85-90°C).
This product is also recyclable.

The surface has a hardness of 3H, providing resistance to impacts, making it difficult for scratches and dirt to adhere. Additionally, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, maintaining dimensional accuracy even after years of use.
Moreover, it is suitable for use in microwave ovens and steam convection ovens, and can be used for long periods in reheating cookers.
