Our “Animato Recycling Series” is manufactured from recycled plastic and is recognized as an environmentally friendly initiative that makes effective use of limited resources.
In addition, this series has been certified for 30 years with the “No. 11 128 006 Animato Recycle Ware,” “No. 06 128 022 Animato Recycle Tray,” and “No. 18 128 004 Animato OR Recycle Tray” Eco Mark certifications, proving our commitment to the environment.

Our company is the sole manufacturer producing food trays made from heat-resistant ABS resin for school lunches. As we do not handle other resin-made tableware, the conditions for retrieval are naturally limited to “replacement from our products to our products.

As for the retrieval conditions, we kindly request users to ensure “thorough cleaning and packaging” and to bear the “shipping costs to our company.

Grinding

After sorting and cleaning, each product is separated and fed into a grinder, where it is finely crushed to a uniform size.

Pelletizing

The pulverized material is fed into the pelletizer to produce pellets (100% recycled material).
Unlike other plastic tableware, it is less prone to physical degradation even after long-term use.
